Staff Development Workshops
Community Conversations
Community Conversations are small groups of people from your community (e.g. teams, circles or committees) that come together for a specific purpose. These can be: connecting with one another, building relationships, team building, problem solving, decision making, or addressing conflict. The goal is to learn from each other in a safe and engaging way. We lead the conversations in a circle format where everyone has a chance to share and be supported. Community conversations create a spirit of curiosity, respect and appreciation while building trust and discovering common grounds. We facilitate the conversations or we can teach your leaders how to facilitate them.

We discuss and explore time commitments, training, setting boundaries, open communications, having valuable meetings and dealing with strong feelings.
